In his doctoral thesis at the University of St.Gallen, he investigated the impact of behavioral appeals on the return behavior of online customers. Thilo published in top tier scientific journals and is still involved in research projects.
Valon has more than six years' experience in AI/Machine Learning. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Technical University of Munich. Valon worked for Google in building data driven applications and published several scientific papers on AI applications.
